1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weavelyn ("Service"), operated by Griffoncrest ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weavelyn is a client intake software platform for law firms. The Service allows users to create intake forms, collect submissions, manage a prospect pipeline, route intakes to team members, and collaborate on client onboarding. The Service is a workflow tool and does not provide legal advice.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Each account is associated with a workspace. Workspace admins can invite team members and manage roles. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers free trials and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including intake form configurations and client submissions. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of client data through the Service complies with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations.

7. Data Export

You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting us through our contact page. We will email the data to you. Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core features that affect your paid subscription.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
